Comings and Goings: Sunny Daes Near Opening

Just in time for the cold weather, Sunny Daes Ice Cream is scheduled to open soon at 30 Riverside Ave. (See WestportNow, June17, 2009). The site was formerly occupied by King’s Service auto repair. Owned by Sergio Keskin of Trumbull, the ice cream chain also operates two shops in Fairfield and one each in Trumbull and Stamford. Westport’s Ben & Jerry’s ice cream store at 14 Post Road East closed its doors last month (see WestportNow Oct. 28, 2009). (CLICK TO ENLARGE) Dave Matlow for WestportNow.com
