  1. Looks just like I remember!! We visited Art’s every week when I was a kid to get our weekly supply of cold cuts, hard rolls, the Sclafani tomatoes for my grandmother’s sauce, and anything else we needed. Art and Richard would give us kids a cookie or some cheese as we waited for our order and always had a smile and were happy to see us! It’s so great to see this piece of Westport reopen – especially in its original location. Can’t wait to go back and bring my own children! Congrats on the reopening!!!

  2. I was looking at the empty shops at this location last month and reminiscing about Art’s, and the days my mom would let me ride my bike over there to pick up two sandwiches and five hard rolls. There were seven of us and not a lot of money in the household, but the meat in those two sandwiches would feed us all! It was our guilty treat. Can’t wait to go back.
