Comings & Goings: CronArt Closing

CronArt USA, 31 Church Lane, a pop-up eclectic shop featuring the owner’s – Ryan Cronin of New Paltz, New York –  original art, mid-century modern furniture, home goods and apparel—is closing at the end of the month. The departure features a special thank you tribute to Westport’s arts. On Sunday, Oct. 28, the Bedford Square-based shop invites the public to a “Sunday Brunch & Storytelling: Westport CT – The Evolution Of An Art Community” from 11 a,m, to 1:30 p.m. The brunch gathering includes talks by Westport icons Miggs Burroughs, Michael Friedman, Elizabeth DeVoll, Roe Halper, and Bob Weingarten to share stories focusing on their own personal experiences and contributions to the evolution of Westport becoming a leading Connecticut arts community.
