Chef’s Dessert at Wakeman Town Farm Dinner

Carl Carrion, culinary director of the Skal Restaurant Group, which owns South Norwalk’s Cask Republic (99 Washington St.), puts the finishing touches tonight on the dessert at the Wakeman Town Farm’s Chef’s Dinner. It was limited to 25 persons paying $90 each, $20 benefitting farm programs.
