Celebrating Jazz

On hand tonight as the Jazz Society of Fairfield County (JazzFC) celebrated its formation as a nonprofit with an initial concert at Westport’s 323 Restaurant were (l-r) Westport First Selectman Jim Marpe, state Rep. Gail Lavielle, and musicians Richard Epstein and Greg Wall. Marpe and Lavielle read proclamations heralding the group whose mission is to enrich the cultural life of Fairfield County by promoting the performance and appreciation of Jazz music.
