Blues on Main Street, Too

The Bob Lamothe Blues Band performed today at the Sunday Blues & Brunch at Tavern on Main in Westport. The band, from the New Haven area, kicked off a series of live music performances on the terrace at the restaurant, which has been at 150 Main St. since 1993. Lamothe, a native of Haiti and a professor at Norwalk Community College and Yale, leads the band with his blues harp and spoke about the history of the blues during the performance.
