WestportNow today begins a new series by Dave Matlow showing WestportNow Teardowns of the Day and their replacement houses. The new house at 18 Sue Terrace off Crescent Road is a notable property to debut the series. As reported in a story on March 24, 2007 when the house was demolished, two neighboring families bought the property so they and not a developer would determine what would be built there. It was the WestportNow Teardown of the Day on June 14, 2006. Click on the photos or arrows to see the transformation. Dave Matlow for WestportNow.com

Fabulous…
A wonderful idea to give a true picture of what’s happening in our town..
The house looks very nice but I suspect its way too large for the property. That’s the problem that’s happening in our town…
can’t see the photo! is there something wrong with my computer?
I can’t see it either…
there are 3 photos – click the arrows at the bottom of the photo for the next view!
The owners accepted an offer on the house just before the weekend. It is a very nice house. I had shown it to some out of town clients the prior weekend. They liked it (but not enough to put in an offer). :^(
works now…
