Asian Bistro Opening Next Month

The attraction of new restaurants to Westport’s revitalized Saugatuck section continues with the addition of Bistro 88 on Bridge Square (see WestportNow, Jan. 13, 2012). It will open in about a month, according to Paul Chung of Easton, its co-owner with his sister, Naomi.  He said the sushi and asian food restaurant will have seating for 20 and will serve beer and wine. He said the restaurant will be open seven days, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and until 10 p.m. on other days. (CLICK TO ENLARGE) Dave Matlow for WestportNow.com
