All Gone: 7 Pritchard Lane

A clean-up crew today worked on the property of 7 Pritchard Lane, off of Westport’s Maple Street South, following its demolition. Built in 1951, the one-story ranch had 2,094 square feet, situated at the end of a cul-de-sac on a 1.14 acre property and changed ownership last month at $1,120,000.  Prior to that it changed hands for $975,000 in October 2006.  It was the WestportNow Teardown of the Day on June 25, 2008.
