The 1900-built house at 378 Riverside Ave., near Raymond Place, was demolished today. The two-story colonial with1,604 square feet, was situated on a .38-acre property and changed ownership in July 2012 for $450,000. It was the WestportNow Teardown of the Day on Aug. 22, 2013.
