87-Foot Mural Completed at Saugatuck Elementary

Saugatuck Elementary School teachers Dineen Farley (l) and Tracy Wright talk about the just completed 87-foot mural that stretches along a corridor of the Westport school. The mural, inspired by student comments and thoughts, was funded by the PTA and parent Susan Jacobson. It depicts key aspects in the culture and community of the school. The public may view the work during school hours in the summer, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (CLICK TO ENLARGE) Phyllis Groner for WestportNow.com
