877 Post Road East Sells for $10.5 Million

The two-story, retail/office plaza at 877 Post Road East has changed hands for $10.5 million, according to broker Vidal Wettenstein. It has been locally owned and operated since 1970 by Rosenfeld Realty & Development. The buyer is a locally based entity, 877 PRE, LLC.  The property was 90 percent leased at time of closing and will be undergoing some cosmetic enhancements this year, an announcement said.  Robert Lewis, partner at Vidal Wettenstein, was the sole broker.
