Whether that sentiment gets initially triggered by an asking price, photos or a description, or a combination of all three, it all starts with emotion.
Different personalities have different emotional “triggers,” and subtly highlighting them will bring more potential buyers through your door.
Analytical types will insist on data, and tend to be price driven, whereas a buyer with an expressive personality would be more apt to act based upon photos and descriptive text.

The HDC also gave unanimous support to creation of a new historic district that would include the 13 houses on Lincoln and four adjacent houses on Riverside Avenue.
R#8220;The impact of the proposed building will be extremely detrimental to the historic neighborhood’s character and streetscape for homes built in the 1800s and the early 1900s,” says a statement the HDC voted unanimously to relay to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
“It’s practically a miracle that this street is still intact, and we’d like it to stay that way,” said neighbor Joan Miller, with the project calling for the demolition of several structures, including the oldest house on Lincoln.

Owner Jimmy Izzo, 53, in announcing today the Friday, May 25 closing date, said: “This is business decision; the numbers aren’t there.”
He cited irreversible challenges, including online sales competition and the loss of skilled do-it-yourselfers (DIYs) to a keypad culture.
Izzo says he more or less grew up in the store at 345 Main St. He was 26 when Crossroads first opened its doors.
