A Stratford man said wet road conditions caused him to lose control of his pickup truck on Westport’s Weston Road near Sipperley’s Hill Road and Lyons Plains Road at about 10 a.m. today. Of course it was the wet road’s fault he crashed. Probably nothing to do with the way he was driving. Those phantom roads will get you every time.
