Services Set for Pedestrian Victim

Services have been set for Peter H, Greenberg, 25, of Westport, killed Monday when he was hit by a vehicle on Bulkley Avenue North while walking with his dog near his home on North Sasco Commons.

A funeral service will take place on Sunday, Oct. 27, at 12:45 p.m. at Temple Israel, 14 Coleytown Road, with interment following at Temple Israel Cemetery, 225 Richards Ave., Norwalk, according to an obituary from the Abraham Green Funeral Home, Fairfield.

A lifelong resident of Westport, Greenberg graduated from Staples High School, earned an AA from Landmark College in Putney, Vermont, and a BA from Manhattanville College in Westchester, New York.

He is survived by his parents, Jay and Susan Greenberg, sister Flora Greenberg, grandmother Edith Rosenbaum, and a large and loving extended family.

Shiva will be observed at the Greenberg residence from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. until Wednesday, Oct. 30.
