The Westport Weston Chamber of Commerce is seeking storefronts and window painters for the annual town wide Halloween window painting contest.

The event will be held on Saturday, Oct. 22. Children of all ages are invited to put their artistic skills to work on merchant storefront windows to create the spookiest and/or best Halloween-themed painting, an announcement said.
There will be three age groups participating; elementary, middle, and high school within categories that include scariest art work, best Halloween theme, and most original.
Nine winners, selected by a panel of judges, will get a picture of themselves with their window submitted to the press and receive a $25 gift certificate to Saugatuck Sweets, the announcement said. Entrants can paint independently or in teams.
