The Westport Historical Society today erected a banner outside its headquarters saluting Memorial Day parade grand marshal Howard Munce, noted artist and long-time advisor to WHS’s exhibit development. Doing the honors were Mollie Donovan (l) and Olivia Yule. Following the parade, the public is invited to the opening reception of the WHS’ new exhibit celebrating the Westport Public Library’s 100th birthday as well as an exhibit in its Little Gallery featuring “A Town’s Treasures” comprised of Tom Kretch photographs that runs to Labor Day.
