Rita Weisskoff of Fairfield, formerly a longtime resident of Westport, today continued her every year participation in the 21st annual crossword puzzle contest. Weisskoff was recognized by Library executive director Bill Harmer as the only participant at today’s 139 pre-registered competitors who participated every year since the event’s inception.
