Westporter jim Cutie, publisher and chief executive of The Connecticut Mirror since conception of the online news site four years ago, is leaving to join the Connecticut Public Broadcasting Network (CPBN) as content director.

Editor Jenifer Frank said Cutie will only have to move his desk a few floors up as the two organizations share the same Hartford address.

CPBN and The Connecticut Mirror have shared each other’s stories on air and on The Mirror’s website. Cutie’s last day is April 19. Julie Belaga of Westport is a board member of The Connecticut Mirror, a news partner of WestportNow.
