Sal Gilbertie, owner of Gilbertie’s Herb Garden in Westport and Gilbertie’s Wholesale Farm in Easton, was on hand throughout the day today at Wakeman Town Farm to help customers choose from assorted Fraser Firs and an array of wreaths. Jonathan Adler to Sign Book at New Main St. Store

Celebrity designer Jonathan Adler will be on hand at his newly opened Westport store, 166 Main St., on Saturday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. to sign copies of his newest book, “Jonathan Adler 100 Ways to Happy Chic Your Life.” Adler, which has 20 stores throughout the country and one in London, has one other Connecticut store on Greenwich Avenue in Greenwich. Adler features a range of home decor, furniture, rugs, tabletop collections, bedding, gifts, candles and other items.
