The Westport Public Library had a real treat today as Eugene Drucker, founding member of the six-time Grammy Award-winning Emerson String Quartet, both played his violin for the audience and also talked and read passages from his book, “The Savior: A Novel” taking place during the time of the Holocaust in Germany. Westporter Dora Stuttman, Drucker’s cousin, arranged for his appearance. (CLICK TO ENLARGE) Phyllis Groner for WestportNow.com
