A new law exempting gas-electric hybrid cars from Connecticut’s sales tax goes into effect Friday. It was proposed last spring by Westport’s state Rep. G. But the question remains, do they have a Westport edition that comes with navigation so that one can get from Hayday to Derma Clinic without getting lost?
