Westport Police arrested a Norwalk man for disorderly conduct Sunday upon discovering he was intoxicated, holding a kitchen knife and threatening his girlfriend.
According to Capt. Samuel Arciola, officers responded to a Wilton Road residence following the report of a disturbance, and an investigation led to the arrest of Matthew McGuiness of 304 Main Ave.
McGuiness was held by police in lieu of a $500 bond and was arraigned in Norwalk Superior Court today.
