Nancy S. Cioffi, 53

Nancy S. Cioffi of Shelton, a former employee of Toyota of Westport, died April 22 at Yale New Haven Hospital. She was 53. Image

She was born in Bridgeport on Oct. 25, 1951, to Frederick and Ann (Resel) Emanuelson. She later attended school in Monroe, graduating from Masuk High School. She was employed by Toyota of Westport until her illness caused her to retire.

She is survived by her husband, Frank R. Cioffi, her mother, Ann (Resel) Valentine, children, Lynn Smith and husband Terry, Frank Cioffi, Jr. and wife Tracey, Rick Cioffi and wife Cherone, Christopher Cioffi and wife Teresa, grandchildren, Amber, Alexis, Olivia, Laina, Gina, Richie and Scarlette Cioffi, her sisters-in-law, Nancy Beardsworth of Trumbull and Lisa Parziale of Bridgeport. She was predeceased by her father, Frederick Emanuelson, her sister, Christine Pettit, her sister-in-law, Vicki Cioffi, her brothers-in-law, Willy and Victor Cioffi.

Friends are invited to attend a Mass in celebration of Nancy’s life on Monday, April 27 at 10:30 a.m. in St. Joseph’s Church, 50 Fairmont Place, Shelton. Interment will be announced by the family at a later date.
