John Przybisiki, Sr., 95

John Przybisiki, Sr. of Norwalk, a former Westport resident, died Nov. 7 at Norwalk Hospital. He was 95.

Born in Westport the son of the late Bronislas “Frank” and Mary (Hoyniski) Przybisiki, he was the husband of the late Elizabeth (Kovacs) Przybisiki. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.

A self-employed master plumber, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating and anything involving mechanical engineering. He was also an avid Mets fan.

Predeceased by his siblings, he is survived by his son and daughter; John Przybisiki Jr. and his wife Suzanne, and Patricia Lovas and her husband Paul, all of Norwalk, five grandchildren,  Eric (Jodi) Przybisiki,and their children; Samantha and Jason, Corie (Michael) Goldman and their children; Noah, Sammy and Sophie, Tricia (Efren) Perez, Eric (Nancy) Lovas and their children Jackson and Ryan, Chris (Brooke) Lovas and their children Benjamin and Evelyn, as well as several nieces and nephews.

His family will receive friends on Monday, Nov. 9 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Ave., Norwalk. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday Nov. 10, at 12:30 p.m. the funeral home. Burial with military honors will follow at Willowbrook Cemetery, Westport.
