Getting Ready for ‘Love Night’

WestportNow.com Image
Associate Artistic Director for Westport Country Playhouse, David Kennedy, and Westport Arts Center Director of Visual Arts, Helen Klisser During, prepare for next week’s “Love Night.” The program is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 6 at 7 p.m. and will be a collaborative presentation from the two organizations, exploring the common language of visual art and theater. Actors, reading scenes from Shakespeare’s “Twelfth Night,” will help to weave together conversations, and to make powerful connections between Shakespeare’s words and “Love: In The Eye of The Beholder,” WAC’s current exhibition. “Twelfth Night, Or What You Will” will open at the Playhouse on Oct. 11.  (CLICK TO ENLARGE) Alyssa Crouse for WestportNow.com
