Alyce Jaderlund Restaino died Oct. 28 at the age of 92.
The daughter of Anna and Ignatz Horelick, she was born on Whitney Street in Westport on April 24, 1918. She resided with family in Gold Canyon, Ariz., the last four years of her life.
Restaino and her husband owned and operated several popular restaurants in Westport, and were involved in real estate development and management in the area.
In later years, she worked at Norwalk Hospital in the Cardiology Department. Restaino was also actively involved with the Ladies Auxiliary at the VFW in Saugatuck.
She was predeceased by her husband, Nicholas; her son, Howard; brothers, Alec, John, Stanley, Walter and Peter Horelick; and her sister, Ann Dorsey.
She is survived by a daughter, Sandra Smith, and five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, all of Arizona.
Burial will be private at the family plot at Willowbrook Cemetery in Westport.
