And now a big house is going up on a small property.  What ever happened to the zoning laws that say you can’t have more than 25% of the area covered by house?  This structure appears to cover nearly the entire lot, and is totally out of scale with everything around it.  And if experience is any guide, the charming builders of the new property are going to create yet another Big Box, boring, uncharming house.  Makes me want to cry.
