A Westport man was arrested for threatening his father, other family members and causing property damage, police said today.
According to police, Ronald Marsilio Jr., 25, of 10 Bluff Point Road made numerous threats via text messaging, as well as property damage to his family’s home.
He was arrested Friday and held in lieu of $40,000 bond, which was reduced to $25,000 bond during a Norwalk Superior Court appearance today.
Charged with three counts of second-degree threatening, disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal mischief, Marsilio remains in the Bridegeport Correctional Facility until his next court appearance Aug. 27, according to the Court Clerk’s office.
