Vermont State Police today arrested a 40-year-old Westport woman after she was allegedly clocked at 112 mph while driving south on Interstate 91, according to MassLive.com.
Susanne M. Gravelle was traveling south, about 5 miles from the Massachusetts line, when State Police Sgt. Eric Albright clocked her at 112 mph in a 65 mph zone and pulled her over, the report said.
Gravelle, stopped about 9:22 a.m., was charged with excessive speed and careless and negligent operation, police said. She was processed and released on citation.
She is slated to appear in Windham Superior Court on Oct. 7, MassLive.com said.
