Two men arrested for fighting at 8 Cross St. in Westport Friday appeared in Norwalk Superior Court today.
David King, 54, who lives at the residence was released after posting a $500 bond, and Michael Walsh, 51, of 48 Amsterdam Ave. in Bridgeport remains incarcerated at the Bridgeport Correctional Facility in lieu of a $10,000 bond.
According to Capt. Vincent Penna, officers responded to reports from a neighbor about a disturbance at an apartment at the address, and upon arrival observed on both parties injuries consistent with a physical altercation.
Both were arrested for disorderly conduct, but Walsh, whom Penna described as uncooperative during the arrest and booking process, was additionally charged with interfering with an officer and failure to submit to fingerprinting.
