An application is in process for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 60 Coleytown Road, between North Avenue and Easton Road. Built in 1963, the two-story custom colonial has 3,897 square feet and is situated on a 2.89-acre property. (CLICK TO ENLARGE) Dave Matlow for WestportNow.com

This is a little absurd, the house seems to have already had an exterior makeover and looks nothing like a 50s ranch house.
Could this be the next 48 Myrtle?
Are they tearing this down to build a 2,000 sq foot cape???
