An application for a permit to demolish the house at Westport’s 252 Hillspoint Road, in the Old Mill Beach section, is in process. Built in 1952, the two-story raised ranch has 2,990 square feet, is situated on a .35-acre property and changed ownership in October for $2,550,000.
