UPDATE Westport firefighters tend to a family pet after a fire broke out today in a basement utility room at 16 Catamount Road. Assistant Chief Michael Kronick said initial indication was that it was accidental but the Fire Marshal’s Office was investigating the exact cause. The occupants managed to escape with the dog.
