Police Toy Drive Under Way

Westport Police officers today collected toy and cash donations at their annual toy drive at parking lot of The Athletic Toy Factory, 1560 Post Road East.  Spokesmen for the Westport Police Department and Police Benevolent Association said due to recent, severe destruction caused by Superstorm Sandy in the immediate area, they anticipate an even greater need among the underprivileged, as well as families who are recovering from catastrophic loss of their homes and/or personal property.
