Among the property transfers reported today by the Town Clerk’s Office was a home at 29 Old Mill Road, seen behind owner Westporter Wally Meyer (l). Meyer sold half his lot to neighbor Clark Hanford (r) who resides at 31 Old Mill Road (r) and half to his other neighbor, Nicholas Visconti, 25 Old Mill Road. A demolition permit has been approved for Meyer’s house, built in 1910, which was devastated by Storm Sandy. (CLICK TO ENLARGE) Dave Matlow for WestportNow.com
