Historical Society Unveils Mysteries in New Exhibit
![]()
Until now, the Westport Historical Society’s underground Archives and Collections—parts of which date back to the 1700s—have been a mystery to most Westport residents. So has the “inside story"of the WHS landmark Bradley-Wheeler House and its rare heptagonal-shaped cobblestone barn. Now, two new exhibits, “Treasures Revealed: The WHS Archives and Collections” and “Inside Story: Westport’s Bradley-Wheeler House and Cobblestone Barn,” will end the mystery, highlighting these precious assets and artifacts. Members of the WHS Exhibit Committee, whose efforts produced this special event, posed in advance of Sunday’s opening reception from 3 to 5 p.m. The exhibits continue through April 27.
