Bistro 88 will open at Bridge Square, in the location previously occupied by Peter’s Bridge Market in about two months, according to an employee in a neighboring shop. i wish Peters would have come back-
no, no, no… we don’t need another dry cleaners, sushi bar, or donut shop. We need a market where we can get milk, a loaf of bread, fresh deli and one of Doc’s muffins..
I could not agree more John. I have spoken with the property owners and they have been trying to get just that type of tennant, but to no avail.
So better a small local restaurant, than a Subway, at least.
I’m still hopeful that a deli does come to the last slot in there. And also another restaurant opens where Henry’s was.
