Bridge Street Bridge Closure Announced

The Westport Police Department today advised motorists that the Bridge Street Bridge, formally known as the William F. Cribari Bridge, will be temporarily closed from 11 p.m. Wednesday to 3 a.m. Thursday while lighting is being updated.

Police asked motorists to consider using the Ruth Steinkraus Cohen Bridge on the the Post Road Route 1 as an alternate route during this time period.
