Back on Track
The first train makes its way across the Metro-North bridge at South Norwalk today after the bridge was repaired. According to a Metro North spokesman, the bridge is 117 years old and needs major work. Failure to close the bridge in the early morning hours disrupted the morning commute, forcing travelers to take shuttle buses between East Norwalk and South Norwalk.
