Rushing to Finish Levitt Before Sunday’s Opening

WestportNow.com Image
There was a rush of last minute work today at the new Westport Levitt Pavilion for the Performing Arts to get it ready for Sunday’s grand opening. The Sunday event will include a 6 p.m. ribbon cutting and 7 p.m. performance by guitarist Jose Feliciano. The concert is free but all tickets have been distributed, according to organizers, and no one will be admitted without a ticket. Guests will be allowed in beginning at 5 p.m. (CLICK TO ENLARGE) Dave Matlow for WestportNow.com

With the Library Book Sale open until 6PM, parking for the Levitt will not be easy. Here’s a map that might help locate area parking lots:

Better yet, come downtown earlier and shop at the book sale before going to the Levitt.
