Hartford’s WFSB-Channel 3 tonight made good on its warning that it would prohibit Cablevision Optimum TV to carry its programming if an agreement were not reached by 6:30 p.m. Cablevision advised customers that CBS programming could be viewed on New York’s WCBS-TV-Channel 2.
