Two Wanted in Robbery, Kidnapping Turn Themsleves In
Westport police today announced the arrest of two men they say kidnapped, robbed, assaulted and threatened to kill a man they gave a ride to early Wednesday from the East Norwalk train station and let him go in Westport.

Turning themselves into police in Westport at 10 a.m. today were Peter Ferraro Jr., 24, of 149 East Rocks Road, Norwalk, and Andrew “Drew” Frank, 21, of 99 Highview Ave., Stamford, police said.
Both are charged with first-degree kidnapping, robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery. Ferraro is additionally charged with credit card theft, illegal use of a credit card, and sixth-degree larceny. Both are being held in lieu of a court set $150,00 cash only bond and will be arraigned in Norwalk Superior Court on Monday, police said.
Police said “media and public assistance, as well as the assistance of both the Norwalk and Stamford Police Departments was instrumental in the speedy and successful conclusion of this violent crime investigation.”
