Veteran Human Services Worker Goes to Fairfield

Jonathan Steinberg paid tribute to Department of Human Services Assistant Director Terry Giegengack (standing, 3rd l.) for her 23 years of service to the department, town, and Westport residents. I joined LWV only four months ago and as an observer of Terry I must comment today she always had the answers anyone asked!!
