The house at Westport’s 4 Smicap Lane, off East Main Street, was demolished today. Built in 1956, the 1-1/4 story cape had 1,383 square feet, was situated on a .26-acre property and changed ownership last month for $400,000.  It was the WestportNow Teardown of the Day on Dec. 7, 2012.
