![]()
Maria Munoz Del Castillo, co-owner of Norwalk-based Du Soleil gourmet catering, updates the specials board today at the Westport Winter Farmers Market. The board highlights the Mediterranean-influenced cuisine. Munoz Del Castillo said she will open a new bistro, Casa Du Soleil, in late spring at Westport’s 615 Riverside Ave., near the old Saugatuck post office. Joining her at the new bistro will her mother, Soledad Del Castillo Blanco, and father Bernardo Munoz. She said this is the third year in succession that Du Soleil has participated in the Farmers Market. (CLICK TO ENLARGE) Dave Matlow for WestportNow.com
