‘Black Ice’ Possible

With temperatures dropping below freezing across most of the area overnight, areas of black ice will be possible, especially on any untreated surfaces, the National Weather Service said.

Temperatures will be slow to warm this morning so the icy conditions may last through daybreak into the mid morning hours, an advisory said.

Motorists should use caution for slick patches on the roadways if driving this morning.
