Staples senior James Frusciante tonight was named to the third annual MSG Varsity All Metro Team selected by MSG Varsity and The National Football Foundation. The team is comprised of 26 standout high school football players from the tri-state area. Frusciante was the only Connecticut player to make the team. He is shown in action last month in the Class LL quarterfinal Staples 42-20 win over West Haven. Staples senior Kyle Vaughn was named to the All Metro Second Team.
