‘Feliz Navidad’ at Westport Health Center
![]()
Weston’s Jose Feliciano performed at the Westport Health Care Center tonight, just as he has done during the holidays for the past 16 years. The highlight was his “Feliz Navidad,” a song he wrote in 1970 that has become one of the most performed Christmas songs of the 20th century. Accompanying him were (clockwise) Suzanne Sheridan (guitar), Tom Baker (sax), Randy Stuckless (bass) and his wife, Sue (vocals), Beth Bradley (strings), Marion Najamy (drums) who is also an administrator at the Center, and Bill Rother (guitar) who was a member of the Fred Waring and his Pennsylvanians in the 1950s.
