All Gone: 150 Imperial Ave.
![]()
The house at Westport’s 150 Imperial Ave. was demolished today. Built in 1951, the 1 1/2-story cape had 1,472 square feet, was situated on a .31-acre property and changed ownership in October for $540,000. Terry Hanley, 53, who said he was born and raised in the house where his parents resided since 1955, recalled the entire area was supposed to be turned into a cemetery but was later developed by Westport’s Kowalsky Brothers for homes. It was the WestportNow Teardown of the Day on Sept. 21, 2012. (CLICK TO ENLARGE) Dave Matlow for WestportNow.com
